Modern Outdoor Living by Jason Champion
Stylist, product designer and TV star Jason Champion has a nostalgic bent when it comes to fashioning interior and exterior spaces. Founder of Jason Champion OUTDOOR, Champion designs in the retro styles of fifties and sixties offering eclectic looks pulling from traditional and modern influences. "Today's homeowners are looking for designs that have a versatile quality, reflecting all types of styles," he notes.
Born in Phoenix and raised in Mississippi, Champion began designing in Atlanta, where he lived before moving to Florida five years ago. He currently does residential and commercial work throughout the South. In 2010 he launched a line of patio furniture, Jason Champion OUTDOOR, notable for its circular and square designs in yellow, green and red including privacy screens, tables, planters and chic stackable seating.

Incorporating vivid colors and geometric shapes, Champion brings imagination and innovation to his designs. "For a restaurant project in Sarasota I am using Florida lifestyles to bring natural forms in with brick pavers and grasses."
Champion is known for his mission that everyone should live their dreams. "It doesn't have to be an expensive 'must-have' -- I've created high end decor on a low end budget," he adds. His southern drawl, "hands-on" knowledge and down-to-earth witty demeanor earned him one of the 11 spots on the HGTV reality show Design Star.
"Share the wealth," he adds. Champion also teaches aspiring interior designers at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota.
