There is some general disagreement regarding the states that comprise the Mid Atlantic Region.  Generally the region is located between New England and the South and depending on with whom you are speaking the region will include some combination of the following states: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Virginia, New York and West Virginia.  In this Get the Look we’ve zeroed in on a vignette from Virginia.

Elegant, stately, formal, feminine and traditional are all adjectives that come to mind to describe this design style.  Encased in a soft muted color palette there is a peaceful and romantic quality to these designs.
