Every spring when I am lugging home bags of lawn fertilizer and weed killer, I daydream of creating a perfect lawn that has no weeds and a perfect dark green color. AGL Grass manufactures artificial turf in the U.S. that is a blend of blue grass and fescue blades that have a natural looking deep green color. Kids and dogs can romp on it with no ill effects and when it rains it passes right through with no puddles. If the knap becomes matted, you can use a floor bristle broom and brush the blades for a freshly mowed look.

It is becoming very popular in regions of the country that receive low amounts of rainfall because of its ability to transform entire lawns for both homeowners and commercial projects. And people who live in urban areas are using it to create "the green" on their balconies and rooftops.
